Its public form searches booking history as well as current custody when the correct filter is used. It does not offer a “released today” tab or a release-date filter.
This distinction matters. The form's date range applies to booking dates, not release dates. A search limited to a recent booking period can produce likely records, but each booking must be opened to read the actual Release Date. Check Camden Releases Today
Use the local inquiry for a person or a small set of likely bookings. The direct New World search exposes the filters needed to separate live custody from older bookings. A broad search can return multiple bookings for one subject, so booking number and date are essential.
